We want you to be happy with Ficka Mail. If the Service isn't working for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription term, subject to the conditions below. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the fee paid, provided:
- You request the refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase;
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Acceptable Use Policy;
- You have not already received a refund on a previous subscription.
To request a refund, email billing@fickamail.com from the email address on the account, with your account UID and a short note telling us why — we read every reply.
Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or longer) are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account; cancelling stops subsequent charges but does not refund the current period.
To avoid being charged, cancel before your renewal date. If you believe a renewal was charged in error (for example, cancellation that did not save), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith.
What we don't refund
- Subscription periods that have already expired;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Prorated amounts for unused time after you downgrade a plan mid-term;
- Third-party fees (e.g. payment processor fees, domain registration, external email delivery providers);
- Add-ons or one-time purchases marked non-refundable at checkout.
Failed or disputed charges
If a charge fails or you dispute it with your bank, we may pause the account until the balance is resolved. Please contact us first — in most cases we can fix the issue faster than a chargeback can.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider:
- Card payments: typically 5–10 business days;
- PayPal: typically 3–5 business days;
- Bank transfers: up to 10 business days;
- Cryptocurrency: returned in the same currency to the original sending address, at the market rate at the time of the refund.
Statutory rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory right you may have under applicable consumer law (including the EU right of withdrawal where it applies).
